The Wichita Boathouse features the permanent display of the Jayhawk, an International America's Cup Class yacht. The current Boathouse is reminiscent of the old Riverside Boathouse, its predecessor of a century ago. The Jayhawk is displayed in front of the Boathouse at the edge of the Arkansas River that runs through downtown Wichita, Kansas.
